The Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) will stream, on August 08, at 10 am (Brasília time), ithe release of results of the 2022 Population Census: Birth Records – Population Results”, at the Headquarters of the Institute of Weights and Measures of Amazonas (IPEM/AM), located on Avenida Governador Danilo Barbosa, in the neighborhood Distrito Industrial of the state capital, Manaus, in cooperation with Inmetro IPEM. The release will be streamed live on the Institute’s social media channels.
The results include information on the report of the existence or non-existence of a document issued by a Civil Registry Office for the resident population up to 5 years of age. As for the Indigenous population, the data encompass the Administrative Record of Indigenous Birth (RANI), issued by the National Indian Foundation (FUNAI).
This will be the thirteenth national release of the 2022 Census and the data will be presented by the IBGE analysts Paulo César Dick, José Eduardo Trindade and Ailton José Furtado. The event will also be attended by the director of Surveys, Elizabeth Hypólito, and the Population Census coordinator, Gustavo Junger.
The event will also have a technical workshop entitled “A territory of information: potentialities of data in the 2022 Census”, from 2 to 6 pm. The employees in charge of the workshop will be Gustavo Junger, Giulia Scappini, Ailton José Furtado, José Ilcleson Coelho, Adjalma Jaques, Anderson Lima dos Santos e Therence Sarti.
