The publication, in digital media, will be released at 10 AM on September 30, 2021. A bilingual publication, it gathers information that summarizes the Brazilian reality in its multiple aspects. 

A wide set of surveys carried out by the IBGE is the source of information. To complement them, data produced by the Central Bank of Brazil, Regulatory Agencies and Federal Ministries and some linked institutions are already used.

Under the form of tables and graphs, the chapters show information about Brazil, including comparative data among the Brazilian States. In addition, the work is enriched with articles of renowned professors, technicians and researchers of Brazilian enterprises, universities and institutions. The 2021 volume is illustrated with works from the National Museum of the Republic (MuN), located in the Brazilian capital, Brasília, Federal District.
