On September 29, the IBGE will release the 31st issue of Brazil in Figures, relative to year 2023
The book, in print and digital, will be released at 10 a.m., on September 29, 2023, in a bilingual version, gathering information which provides an overview of the Brazilian reality in its multiple aspects.
As data source, the highlights are information from a number of surveys carried out by the IBGE. As a complement, data produced by the Central Bank of Brazil, Regulatory Agencies and Federal Ministries and their partner-bodies are also used.
The book, organized into chapters with tables and graphs, presents information about Brazil, including comparative data among the Brazilian states. In addition, the work is enriched with articles from renowned professors, experts and researchers from Brazilian companies, universities and institutes. The 2023 issue is illustrated with works of the Museum of Nature, located within the Serra da Capivara National Park, in the Southeast of Piauí state.
