IBGE will release, at 10 am on August 22nd, the Post-Enumeration Survey of the 2022 Population Census: Results of the Coverage Analysis
The IBGE will release, on August 22, the Post-Enumeration Survey (PPE) of the 2022 Population Census: Results of the Coverage Analysis. The publication presents the coverage rates for the 2022 Population Census.
The document includes coverage levels and standards, with rates of gross error, net error, omission and improper inclusion of persons and housing units. The results will be presented by sex and age. The PPE makes it possible to identify patterns of consistency and divergence in relation to the Census, providing crucial elements for a better interpretation of its results. Its main purpose is to provide inputs for demographic projections and estimates.
The results will be made available for Brazil and Federation Units and can be consulted on the IBGE portal.
