Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística

This section gathers all forms of communication material, ranging from texts to videos, including the coverage of online actions or of events/seminars/workshops organized by the IBGE itself or in partnership with agencies entities in Brazil and abroad. It shows the work of the Institute by means of its branches, offices, superintendencies, among others, as it publicizes the schedule of activities attended/promoted by the presidency, directorates, departments and all the segments engaged in the undertaking of the IBGE’s mission.

This new section, named Digital IBGE, is intended to increase the Institute’s visibility and add to the integration between its organizational structure and the government – in its different spheres – and the society, by means of the advertising and broadcasting of events promoted by or related to the IBGE.
